Sarah Baur does not offer refunds on original art. If for any reason the buyer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may be offered to exchange it for another piece of equal or less value.
There are no refunds or exchanges on commissioned art. All commission sales are final. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, the artist cannot be made responsible. The issue might be taken to the used postal service. If the damage is minor the artwork might be returned (by their own efforts and costs) to Sarah Baur who might be able to fix it free of charge.
